The Noble Purchasing Agent will:
*Coordinate bidding and purchasing activities
*Maintain purchasing documents
*Preparing bids, negotiating purchases and *processing purchase orders
*Evaluate the needs of end users; compiles information; gather bid specifications, bidding of equipment , goods and services
*Prepares bids, requests for quotes (RFQs) and requests for proposals
*Writes and submits bid notices for advertising
*Provides staff support, holding pre-bid conferences and walk-throughs, analyze bid data
*Coordinate bid award data with end user; awards bid and notifies bidders of awards
*Issues purchase orders, revised pricing and purchasing information
*Reviews blanket purchase orders for new fiscal year and records purchase requisitions
*Reviews records to verify delivery and receipt of goods, resolves problems, reorders, and updates billing and account information with vendors
*Ensures compliance with bid specifications and contractual requirement; initiates the Return *Material Authorization (RMA) for unwanted, damage, surplus shipments
*Review, retrieve and modify data
*Communicates with supervisors, multiple departments, end users and vendors
* Position is located at our office in Seoul, Korea
| Qualifications: | Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related field,
Minimum of 1 years of Buyer - Procurement Specialist – Purchasing experience preferred within
Government, military, municipal or city experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial, analytical and audit skills
Candidate must be motivated with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Must be able to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
Strong problem solving skills and works well under pressure
Advanced Data Entry skills and MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access)
Experience with Oracle software and large ERP systems , preferred
