The Enterprise Sales Executive will have the opportunity to join a team of sales professionals consistently meeting goals and making quota. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping to build and grow our business.
The Enterprise Sales Executive position is territory basted, and reports directly to a Regional Vice President. This position involves direct sales to end user customers, and creates the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to drive the company's long-term success and to drive immediate sales. |
Duties: |
Drive sales of BigMachines solutions and services - Meet sales quota
Utilize BigMachines Value Realization Methodology and salesforce.com to manage sales processes
Leverage partners and existing customers in territory to support sales efforts

Qualifications: |
High level of energy, persistence, and strong desire to do whatever it takes to win
Ability to quickly learn about the BigMachines solution and how this can meet customer needs
Ability to sell consultatively by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
Desired Experience:
3-13 years experience in frontline business-to-business sales
Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota consistently
BS/BA from a reputable college or university; MBA helpful
Proven success in selling enterprise software/technology and professional services
Experience in business process improvement
